PRIVACY POLICY

By using and browsing the website accessible from the URL address www.apcd.law (hereinafter the “Website”), the user of the Website (the “User”) agrees to the collection and use of his/her/their personal data (the “Personal Data” or “Data”) in the manner described in this Privacy Policy by the French company A/PCD Law  (SELARL - XXX XXX XXX R.C.S. Paris) (“A/PCD Law”).

Processing of Personal Data collected from the Website is carried out in compliance with the amended law of January 6, 1978 (“Loi Informatique et Libertés”) and with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

In the event of a change or update, the revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the Website with an indication of the last date it was updated.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
