Consumer Mediation
The provisions on consumer mediation apply solely to individual clients acting in a non-professional capacity, pursuant to Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. As A/PCD Law's clients are primarily businesses, this procedure is intended to apply on a residual basis.
